It has come to the notice of Aeropods that certain fraudulent calls, messages, emails, and online communications are being circulated falsely in our name. These communications may invite customers to purchase products through unauthorized websites, links, or platforms claiming association with Aeropods and may offer gifts, rewards, discounts, or special benefits in exchange for payment.
We clarify that Aeropods does not initiate unsolicited calls, messages, or communications offering gifts, prizes, or incentives in return for product purchases or payments. We also do not ask customers to transfer money to personal bank accounts, unauthorized UPI IDs, or third-party payment links.
Customers are strongly advised not to respond to such communications and not to make any payments pursuant to such offers. Any such communications are fraudulent in nature.
If you receive any suspicious communication or believe you may have been targeted or affected by fraud, please immediately:

Report the incident to your local police station or cyber-crime authorities.
Aeropods shall not be responsible or liable for any financial loss incurred by customers due to payments made in response to such fraudulent communications.
